We've expanded!  We're now the        Share the Sweater

Center

            for Healing and Meditation

As of June 1st, I have taken over the whole space at the former Blue Guitar Gallery in Easthampton!  I now have two healing rooms, as well as a large meditation & reflection room.   I think of this new center as a way to provide you with a place of healing and refuge. After all, my slogan is...

"Helping You Find Calm in the Storm!"

The meditation room is open every day for a number of hours, with both drop-in hours and group meditation periods.  This allows you to drop in to have a few minutes (or hours!) of peace and quiet in the midst of your day, or even to join a group meditation, should you wish.  Spending time in the meditation room before or after a healing session will  enhance the effects of your healing work and ease the transition back into the busy, outside world.  In short, between the healing sessions and the new meditation and reflection room, I am able to offer you a wonderful refuge from the pressures, stresses and anxieties of the world.  I hope you will join us soon... especially at our Open House on June 28th!

What is “Share the Sweater”?

"Share the Sweater" is the name I have given to my life's work: to help people to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and to teach them how to awaken, protect and nurture love and compassion for both themselves and others.

In working to help people reach their healing and personal goals, I use a variety of techniques, either alone or in combination.  One-on-one energy healing sessions soothe and calm patients and relieve physical and emotional discomfort.  Intuitive healing sessions provide further insight that patients can use to bring about positive change in their lives.

In my teachings, which I present to both individuals and groups, I give people the tools to relieve stress, live consciously and in the moment, and develop loving kindness. I offer Reiki Level I, Level II, and Master Level classes.

Each one of us carries within us a limitless stream of love and kindness.  I consider it an honor and a blessing to be able to devote my life to helping people awaken this love and achieve the healing they seek.

How do sweaters fit in??

We all have loving feelings inside us. But over the years, as we experience hurt or disappointment in our relationships, we cover these loving feelings over with one protective layer over another, like a pile of sweaters that we think will protect us from future discomfort. After a while, though, we have so many sweaters on that they’re not protecting us any more. We're overheated. We can’t move. Sometimes we can’t even breathe because these sweaters are so heavy and constricting.

This is why I developed “Share the Sweater”: to help you - through healing work and training - peel away the heavy, constricting sweaters that don’t breathe and replace them will ones that will both let the loving feelings flow out of you and keep you feeling warm and fuzzy, instead of suffocated.

About the Share the Sweater logo:

The red, yellow and blue swirls represent several energy healing symbols, as well as the three turnings of the Buddhist wheel of dharma.  The swirls suggest subtle motion and symbolize the flow of loving energy and wisdom. The human figure in the center both nurtures this energy and sends it out to the world on the rays of light emanating outward from the middle.

Whom does the figure represent?  Me.  You.  All of us.  Each of us has within us a core of energy and wisdom. So, the logo symbolizes what each of us can become: a person who spreads light and love throughout the world.

**New**             We now offer a meditation/reflection room with both drop-in hours and group meditation!
